We strive to find people who are of maturing gospel character, will fit within our missional culture, are competent to do the job (or have the attitude to be trained to do the job), and has good chemistry with our current team.

In order to ensure that we hire the right people, we have all candidates take several assessments to determine gifting, personality strengths and weaknesses, and compatibility with job responsibilities.


  • Summer 2017 Interns (10-week internship)
  • Fall 2017 Interns

The Process:

  1. Write a one-page letter for why you should be chosen to intern with Veritas City.
  2. Email your one-page letter, your resume, and a picture of yourself to
  3. Candidates considered for the position will then be contacted to set up a phone interview.
  4. Other assessments will then be provided.
  5. Candidates will be chosen for internship.
